Accounts Executive

Job Objective:

Sadguru Autocomponents Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer specializing in die casting, machining, and powder coating solutions. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we deliver high-quality products to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team and contribute to our financial operations.

Position Overview:
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the finance department in various accounting tasks. Your role will involve handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. This position requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
– Process invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
– Maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, and address payment discrepancies as needed.
– Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collection of payments.

2. Bank Reconciliation:
– Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
– Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with bank transactions.

3. General Ledger Maintenance:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the general ledger.
– Post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as necessary.
– Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

4. Financial Reporting:
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
– Generate various financial reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

5. Tax Compliance:
– Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including sales tax and income tax.
– Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.

6. Audit Support:
– Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
– Participate in audit preparation activities to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
– Proven experience (2-3 years) in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
