DFM & Die Design
We review your geometry for manufacturability before the die is designed. Gate location, draft angles, wall thickness, insert placement — caught at drawing stage, not after the first shots.
First Article Inspection
Full dimensional and material report before any batch is released. Every critical dimension, every alloy specification — confirmed in writing before we proceed to production.
Production with In-Process Controls
Process parameters are monitored and logged at casting, machining, and coating stages. You're informed of progress — not surprised by a quality issue at delivery.
Final Inspection
100% visual and dimensional check. DFT measurement on all powder-coated parts. Certificate of Conformance issued with every shipment.
Packed & Dispatched on Schedule
Packed in customer-specified or agreed dunnage, labelled, and dispatched on the agreed date. One contact throughout — not a different person at each stage.
