Lead end-to-end operations at SAPL's Chakan MIDC aluminium die casting plant — pressure die casting (PDC / HPDC), CNC / VMC machining, powder coating, quality, tool room, and dispatch. Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, manage OEM and Tier-1 customer relationships and audits, and drive capacity expansion and the IATF 16949 roadmap.

Take charge of the pressure die casting (PDC / HPDC) shop at SAPL Chakan. Supervise shift operations on the pressure die casting (PDC / HPDC) machines at SAPL Chakan. Ensure machine setup, process parameters, die spray, and trimming follow the control plan, track hourly output and rejections, guide operators, and escalate die and quality issues to the PDC In-Charge.

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection on die cast and machined components. Prepare PPAP documentation, manage customer quality complaints, and maintain calibration records. CMM experience preferred.
