Lead shift operations across CNC and VMC machining lines. Plan daily output, enforce quality checkpoints, monitor machine utilisation, and develop operators. Experience with aluminium die casting post-machining preferred.

Write and optimise programs for 3-axis and 4-axis VMC/CNC operations. Tool path generation, fixture design co-ordination, and cycle time optimisation. Familiarity with Mastercam, Fanuc, or Siemens controls.

Own the HPDC process from die trials to steady-state production. Set and monitor machine parameters, diagnose defects, lead die trials, and co-ordinate with tool room and quality. Die flow simulation experience is a plus.

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection on die cast and machined components. Prepare PPAP documentation, manage customer quality complaints, and maintain calibration records. CMM experience preferred.

Maintain, repair, and modify HPDC dies. Co-ordinate with production on die changeovers, plan preventive maintenance schedules, and manage EDM and conventional machining in the tool room.

Manage raw material receipts, finished goods despatch, and documentation including delivery challans and e-way bills. Maintain inventory accuracy and co-ordinate with production planning and logistics vendors.
