Industries
Twelve sectors.
One supplier.
SAPL's integrated aluminium manufacturing capabilities serve OEMs across twelve industries — from HVAC and consumer appliances to automotive, defence, and electric mobility. Same quality system. Same traceability. Every sector.
Sectors
Industries we serve
Each sector page details the components SAPL produces, the requirements OEMs in that sector typically specify, and the capabilities that handle the work.

HVAC & Air Movement
Fan housings, motor covers, blower casings, and keyway hubs for HVAC and air movement OEMs.

Consumer Appliances
Ceiling fan covers, motor bodies, and mixer grinder housings for appliance OEMs.

Automotive
Mechanical pump housings, structural brackets, and engine accessory components for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

Agriculture & Off-Highway
Tractor covers, PTO housings, pulley bodies, and implement castings for agricultural and off-highway equipment OEMs.

Pumps & Valves
Pump housings, impeller bodies, valve bodies, and manifold blocks — in HPDC for high-volume applications and GDC in LM25 for pressure-tight, structurally loaded components.

Electrical
Motor housings, electrical enclosure bodies, solenoid housings, and terminal boxes for electrical OEMs.

Industrial Automation
Actuator housings, solenoid bodies, structural brackets, and precision castings for automation and robotics OEMs.

Defence
Structural enclosures, bracket assemblies, and equipment housings requiring full batch traceability from raw alloy to finished component.

Medical
Surgical instrument handles, medical device housings, and precision component bodies requiring Ra 0.

Industrial Machinery
Gearbox housings, bearing carriers, machine body castings, and coupling housings for industrial machinery OEMs.

Electric Mobility
Lightweight aluminium castings for EV drivetrains, power electronics, and battery systems.

Renewable Energy
Generator housings, wind turbine gearbox components, solar inverter enclosures, and structural mounting castings for renewable energy OEMs.
Material Advantages
Why aluminium die casting
Aluminium die casting consistently delivers the combination of properties that OEM engineers need: low density (one-third of steel), good thermal conductivity, inherent corrosion resistance, and the ability to produce complex near-net-shape components at high volume with consistent dimensional accuracy.
When post-cast machining is added, tolerances tighten further. When powder coating is applied over nano-ceramic pre-treatment, the surface becomes suitable for outdoor and industrial environments. No other process combination achieves all of these properties at comparable cost and volume.
