Sadguru Autocomponents Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2010 in Chakan, Pune. Fifteen years later, we operate one of western India's most capable integrated aluminium die casting facilities, supplying OEMs across India and Europe.
Who We Are
Integrated manufacturing — casting to finished component
SAPL is a Pune-based contract manufacturer specialising in aluminium die casting, precision CNC machining, and powder coating. We operate as a single-source partner for OEMs who need complex aluminium components manufactured, finished, and delivered to specification — without managing multiple sub-vendors.
Our facility at Chakan MIDC houses five high pressure die casting machines (180T–450T), over 20 CNC and VMC machining centres, dedicated powder coating booths with in-house 5-tank pre-treatment, and a fully equipped quality laboratory.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and actively working towards IATF 16949, expected September 2026. Our customers include OEMs in HVAC, consumer appliances, automotive, agriculture, pumps, electrical, and industrial sectors across India, Poland, and Italy.
