Export Capability
Precision from Pune.
Delivered to Europe.
Since 2025, SAPL has been supplying aluminium die castings to OEMs in Poland and Italy. We offer Indian manufacturing cost advantages without the quality and communication trade-offs typically associated with offshore sourcing.

Why SAPL
Indian costs. European quality standards.
Sourcing precision aluminium castings from India offers significant cost advantages — but only when the supplier has the process discipline, communication capability, and quality infrastructure to support European OEM requirements without constant oversight.
Cost-competitive precision
India's manufacturing cost structure — combined with SAPL's integrated in-house capabilities — delivers European-quality aluminium castings at 25–40% lower total cost than equivalent European supply chains.
English-language technical communication
Our engineering and commercial teams communicate in English throughout the programme. Drawings, RFQs, PPAP submissions, and quality documentation are handled in English without intermediaries.
Single-source accountability
Casting, machining, coating, and quality sit under one management team. European OEMs get a single point of contact, a single CoC, and full traceability — without managing Indian sub-vendor chains.
Export-ready documentation
We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, country of origin certificates, and quality documentation in formats accepted by European customs and procurement teams. EXW, FOB, and CIF terms available.
Proven European supply
Since 2025, we have been actively supplying European OEMs in Poland and Italy. Our logistics processes — packaging, marking, export compliance — are running and tested against real programmes.
IATF 16949 in progress
We are actively working towards IATF 16949 certification (expected September 2026), required by automotive Tier-1 and OEM programmes in Germany and across Europe.
