About the role
Take charge of the pressure die casting (PDC / HPDC) shop at SAPL Chakan. Own output, machine utilisation, and rejection levels across our 180T–450T HPDC machines, lead die trials and process stabilisation, and manage supervisors and operators across shifts in coordination with tool room, quality, and maintenance.

Requirements
- 8–12 years in aluminium pressure die casting (PDC / HPDC)
- Hands-on knowledge of casting defects, shot parameters, and die temperature control
- Experience managing supervisors and multi-shift production
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering
