About the role
Supervise shift operations on the pressure die casting (PDC / HPDC) machines at SAPL Chakan. Ensure machine setup, process parameters, die spray, and trimming follow the control plan, track hourly output and rejections, guide operators, and escalate die and quality issues to the PDC In-Charge.

Requirements
- 4–8 years in aluminium pressure die casting
- Practical knowledge of machine setup and casting defects such as porosity, cold shut, and flash
- Ability to lead a shift team and maintain 5S and safety standards
- ITI, Diploma, or BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering
