Job Objective: Sadguru Autocomponents Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions in pressure die casting, gravity die casting, machining, and powder coating. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to oversee our manufacturing operations and drive operational efficiency and excellence. Position Overview: As the Plant Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to meet production goals and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Leadership: – Provide strategic direction and leadership to the manufacturing team to ensure operational excellence. – Develop and implement plans to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. – Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet delivery timelines and quality standards. 2. Quality Assurance: – Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process. – Implement measures to continuously improve product quality and consistency. – Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. 3. Team Management: – Recruit, train, and mentor manufacturing personnel to develop a highly skilled and motivated team. – Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. – Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development. 4. Safety and Compliance: – Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations. – Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. – Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices to maintain compliance. 5. Resource Management: – Manage budgetary planning and control manufacturing expenses. – Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, equipment, and materials. – Evaluate and recommend investments in technology and infrastructure to support growth and efficiency. 6. Customer Relations: – Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and expectations. – Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively. – Strive to exceed customer satisfaction through superior product quality and service. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. – Proven experience (10+ years) in manufacturing operations management, preferably in die casting, machining, or related industries. – Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives. – In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement. – Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with customers and stakeholders. – Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software applications.
