Production Engineer – Die Casting (PDC & GDC)
Job Objective:-
Responsible for planning, executing & improving production, OEE, reducing rejections in the die-casting plant & handling related documentation.
Key Role & Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for improving production and controlling rejections.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly production planning.
- Maintaining production-related documentation as per IATF & ISO.
- Responsible for quick and timely resolution of quality assurance-related issues due to die casting.
- Responsible for reducing rejections and improving OEE.
- Responsible for maintaining production SOP, process parameters and master data.
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance activity through the maintenance team.
Qualification & Experience Required:-
- Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Die Casting Production (GDC & PDC Tools).
- Experience handling aluminium automotive and non-automotive die-casting components production, die tools, and problem-solving.
- Experience with die tool maintenance for tooling ranging from 150 to 650 tons.
- Independently carry out entire production activities.
- Resolving ongoing issues related to production.
- Extensive experience in die tool maintenance.
- Extensive experience with HPDC machines for tonnage ranging from 150 to 650.
- Extensive experience with GDC machines for parts ranging from 5 to 25 kg.
