Production Supervisor – Aluminium Die Casting
Job Objective:-
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving Aluminium Pressure die casting, Die Casting shop production & overall performance in shifts.
Key Role & Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
- Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
- Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
- Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.
- Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.
- Responsible for plant 5S.
Qualification & Experience Required:-
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in foundry(PDC/GDC).
- Experience in handling automotive and non-automotive die-casting components and problem-solving.
- Experience with Machines ranging from 150 to 650 tons.
- Exposure to international machine brands such as Zitai, TBC, and BMC.
