Production Supervisor – Machining CNC/VMC
Job Objective:-
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving CNC & VMC machining operations, Machine Shop production & overall performance in shifts.
Key Role & Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
- Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
- Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
- Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.
- Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.
- Responsible for plant 5S.
Qualification & Experience Required:-
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machining(CNC/VMC).
- Experience handling aluminium automotive and non-automotive die-casting components machining and problem-solving.
- Experience with various CNC & VMC Machines from brands like Jyoti, Micromatic, and Greenfield.
- Exposure to siemens and Fanuc control systems.
- Independently able to change setups and offsets.
- Basic knowledge of CNC VMC programming.
