Quality Assurance Engineer – Die Casting & Machining
Job Objective:-
Responsible for ensuring all Quality Assurance measures as per ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 is followed in the company and identifying methods of improving quality while reducing overall costs.
Key Role & Responsibilities:-
- Maintaining 5S throughout the plant.
- Maintaining documentation as per ISO & IATF
- Handling customer audits & reporting.
- Client-facing and resolving quality-related issues timely.
- 8D, Six Sigma & Action Plan documentation.
- Management of the entire Quality Department viz quality supervisors and inspectors.
- Assisting the new product development team with preparing Technical Feasibility Commitment documents.
- Ballooning and drawing revision maintenance.
Qualification & Experience Required:-
- Graduate Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing company.
- Exposure to the aluminium die-casting industry is mandatory.
- Ability to read 2D drawings.
- Ability to use CAD CAM software.
- Excellent working knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2015.
