Quality Supervisor – Die Casting & Machining
Job Objective:-
Responsible for ensuring all Quality Assurance measures as per ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 is followed in the company and identifying methods of improving quality while reducing overall costs.
Key Role & Responsibilities:-
- Maintaining 5S throughout the plant.
- Maintaining documentation such as Setup Approval Reports, Pre-Dispatch Inspection Reports, Daily & Monthly Rejection & Rework reports.
- Handling & managing quality assurance inspectors.
- Reporting to the Quality Assurance Engineer and playing a supporting role.
- Enforcing quality assurance measures as per ISO & IATF in the plant.
- Spectro Analysis of inward raw material.
Qualification & Experience Required:-
- Diploma Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing company.
- Exposure to the aluminium die-casting industry is mandatory.
- Ability to read 2D drawings.
- Ability to use the spectrometer. (training will be provided in case of inability)
